Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sport career when she was 14 years old. Aspen Ladd had training in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing, and wrestling prior to her debut as an amateur at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd was able to win three bouts consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the fighters she beat ended in less than a minute. Then, she returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was able to defeat Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia was beaten by Aspen and beat her in a an unanimous vote to remove an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd bounced back from her defeat to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won her fight in the opening round, via a TKO. Invicta 16 saw her rise to the weight class of Bantamweight following her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen's superior wrestling skill defeated McGill her first time, and she was able to stop her third round via TKO (elbows and punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing weight catchweight (138.1lb) in the event that Ladd had missed weight. But, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She won by KO in the 2nd round. In her last fight for the promotion, she defeated Sijara Ebanks with a unanimous win in Invicta FC 21. In Aspen's UFC debut took place at UFC Fight Night 118 where she took on Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina using ground and pound to win by TKO in the second round. She continued to dominate and won a dazzling victory at the end of her fight against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229 Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in just the first minute she was awarded a bonus to commemorate her performance of the evening. Her first fight of note came when she fought her second opponent in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos vs. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. They fought in a close fight that Ladd beat by a unanimous decision. Both fighters were awarded their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in just 16 seconds to end her losing streak. After a break of a few seconds her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya in UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. It was a loss by unanimous decision.
