Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is a famous American actor and producer who is best famous for the roles she was on the television series Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist as well as the TV series The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actor and producer who is involved in the world of film as well as television. Aunjanue L. Ellis started her acting career in the theater. In later years, she was a part in television programs along with independent and mainstream films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw, a character who appeared on ABC's Quantico. In BET's epic show The Book of Negroes she played the role of Ariel. Not only did she receive critical acclaim for her role but also received a few awards and nominations. In 1995 she debuted as Ariel on the stage on stage in The Tempest. She's appeared on Broadway as a part of Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. In the film industry, she's best known for roles such as Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express or The Help. On television, her part in ABC's police drama High Incident is well known.
